The completed development provides two GP surgeries, a pharmacy, flexible office accommodation and supporting facilities, creating a modern healthcare environment serving thousands of local patients.

D&G Contracting’s works included the installation of steel framing systems, internal partitions, ceiling systems and firestopping throughout the building. Together, these elements helped form the internal layout and provide the fire protection, acoustic separation and durability required within a busy healthcare setting.

The extensive partitioning package created consulting rooms, reception and administration areas, communal facilities, circulation routes and flexible office spaces. Careful setting out and coordination were essential to accommodate the building’s mechanical and electrical services while maintaining the required performance of each partition system.

Our ceiling works provided a clean and consistent finish across the different areas of the building, with systems selected to suit the practical requirements of clinical, administrative and shared spaces. The associated firestopping package helped maintain the integrity of compartment walls and service penetrations throughout the development.

Delivered within a substantial multi-use building, the project demonstrates D&G Contracting’s ability to coordinate several specialist disciplines and produce reliable, high-quality results in technically demanding environments.
